which coffee is better black or white ? i have heard from somebody that black coffee increases blood circulation . and helps in reducing weight is it true ?

Hello.welcome.There is no study which says that coffee reduces weight.If you are on some weight reducing regimen then take black coffee to avoid milk in it.Otherwise both types of coffee are same.
