Is Compounded Porcine Thyroid Extract Capsule A Safe Drug?

I was trying to find any information about the Compounded Porcine Thyroid Extract Capsule s. I will begin to take one in the morning. I dislike the idea of taking any drugs and my Dr assured me that this is natural. It looks to me like that is the case but I still feel a little unsure. Any help convincing me would be a plus. Thanks

Hi--the porcine thyroid extract is an excellent mode of thyroid supplementation and although I understand your concern, there should be no problem such as side effects from your taking it
