Is Conceiving A Child Possible While Having PCOS?

I was on implanon for 1year and I removed it on 26th April, I wasn t receiving my menstruation until on 27th May last month and it was very painful, I started clomid and folic acids last month and on 10th June I had severe ovulation pain, after ultrasound, I have pocs 5 by 4cm. Will they disappear? Can I bear children?
