Hello,

You may be suffering from hunger pains or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or anxiety neurosis or excessive caffeine intake etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

Avoid caffeinated drinks, lactose-containing foods.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
