Is Constant Need To Crack The Neck A Serious Medical Concern?

My husband has been trying to crack his neck for the last few months. An epic itch you can t scratch. He said it s not too painful, rather annoying and irritating. We ve noticed his Adams Apple is possibly dislocated. We can grab it and move it side to side. We re very concerned but he refuses to go in the e.r unless it s a serious thing.

Hi,

As you explain I recommend him to do a cervical X-Ray to exclude rheumatologic problems but no worries.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
