Is Constipation A Neurological Problem While Having Cervical Dystonia?

I m a 48 year old woman with cervical dystonia and psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia. My house keeper recently found me unconscious in my bathroom. The last thing I remember is having a bowel movement. I was having to dig my stool out because I have problems with constipation. I don t know if it is neurological or gastrointestinal .

Conditions like cervical dystonia, psoriatic arthritis, or fibromyalgia are not associated with constipation. However if you are taking any opiod analgesic for arthritis or fibromyalgia ,that can cause chronic constipation. Take high fiber diets and adequate oral fluids.
