Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of coughing up dry and green mucous which is due to chronic upper respiratory tract infection. it is due to poor oral hygiene and increased susceptibility of getting infected due to compromised immunity of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take throat lozenges and do warm saline gargles. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Avoid oily and sharp food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get throat swab test done and start treatment after proper prescription. Drink plenty of fluids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
