Is Crater Like Bumps In Vagina A Symptom Of Fibroids?

i have a crater like thing inside my vagina it does not hurt but after i masterbate i bleed . i had a cathedar placed inside me when i was on life support for 4 days i feel like they may have may that crater like thing . but it could also be something more serious like a fibroid or something could you please help me out i dont know what to do and im scare it might make me infertile but than again thats alwasy been my biggest fear i dont wanna bleed after intercourse .
