Is Dehydration Andacture Renal Failure Related To Dizziness?

I am a diabeticon insulin. I am 67 yrs old. I have been in the emergency room and diagnosed with dehydration andacture renal failure. I was sent home with a plan but I am still VERY dizzy and have the shakes. I saw my doctor who is concerned about my health but no one is addressing the dizziness and shakes and I cannot function.

Nephrologist 's  Response
Your symptoms could be due to low BP. Other possible cause is low blood sugar. Consult your nephrologist again for further management. All the best. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
