Is Difficulty Breathing, Sore Tendons In Neck With Slight Bruise On Back Due To Fall Normal?
I am a 43 year old woman and I fell down snowy stairs last night and landed on my mid to upper back more so on the left side, there is only a slight bruise but I am having difficulty breathing and the tendons in my neck are quite sore. I am having quite some difficulty getting comfortable and I have been advised not to take Advil due to stomach issues. My doctor's office was booked today and I'm wondering if I should just wait it out and see if there is improvement.

Hi Thanks for asking HCM You can apply Diclofenac or nimusulide gel locally on site of pain. But dont massage it. Tramadol can be taken for pain with your doctors advise. Apply ice packs if swelling is there. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
