hydrocodone is a category 3 drug that means it should not be prescribed to pregnant women unless benefits outweigh risk.
since your doctor is ok with you taking hydrocodone I think in your case benefits is outweighed the risk.
and yes Babies born to mothers who have been taking opioids regularly prior to delivery will be physically dependent.Animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.

I would recommend you to continue taking medicine unless your doctor asks you so.also I will like to know the symptoms for which you are taking hydrocodone it will help me decide even better.

hope this was helpful
feel free to ask any question related to this
