Is Dizziness After Taking Phentermine For Bladder Infection Normal?

I was prescribed phentermine and antibiotics for a bladder infection three days ago. I have not been able to sleep more than 3-4 hours per night. Today, I felt like I would passed out just from getting my clothes out of the dryer which is in the basement. Is this normal, will it pass.

Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be related to phentermine (lack of sleep) or possible interactions between phentermine and the antibiotics that you have been taking.

I would like to know the names of the antibiotics that you are taking.

Have you measured your blood pressure values during these days?

I would recommend taking plenty of fluids to remain well hydrated and have some rest in the next days.

If the problem persists, you should consult with your doctor and make the proper changes to your therapy.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes, Dr. Aida
