Hello,

I just mentioned possible causes depending upon the symptoms. It may vary acter clinical examination with investigations support.

It may be cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy or cardiac pain or intercostal muscles spasm or pleurisy or anaemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ECG, chest x-ray and neck x-ray then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
