Is Dizziness And Feeling Sick Because Of Mild Concussion Due To A Fall?

i fell yesterday and banged my head. it was from quite a few feet up with all the impact being on my head. It was onto sand but the full weight of my body was on my head. i didn't black out but for the last 24hours i've felt a little pick sick and also a little bit dizzy. Does this sound like a mild concusssion and is there anything i should do?

Hi
Probably a concussion but you should have a doctor examine you to determine if you need an MRI of the brain to check for a small bleed
