Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your symptoms are not due to cancer. You may have some infection in lung or pleura. You should go for chest x ray and complete blood count. Then you should take treatment accordingly. In teenagers cancer of lung is very unlikely. So don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
