Is dog sperm dangerous to humans? (Through a long story involving stray dogs with overactive sex drives and little girls with far too much curiosity that I won t go in to, my seven year old accidentally swallowed some, do I need to take her to the doctor, or am I just understandably grossed out and overreacting?)
