Is Drinks Harmful To The Digestive System If Having Ulcer?

hi Doc,i am 30, male, suffering from some digest problem from last 6/7 yrs..have checked and found tiny alcer and was suggested to take pantop40 and that was completed...now should i get done any test for latest position..as i also take drinks- 6/7 pk in a month..so would that be harmful for my digestive system..?
