Is Ear Ache And Dizziness Due To Ear Infection?

I've been getting ear aches on and off for a few months but the past few days I've felt dizzy and my balance isn't great. Today it's got worse to the point that my ears are really painful when I bend over. I have a history of ear problems I had glue ear when I was a child and alot of ear infections to the point that both my ear drums burst and I had to have gromits. Is it possible that I have an ear infection.
