Hi,

Surgery is considered only in patients in whom medical treatment is failed, cannot be tolerated, or is contraindicated. Mostly one common treatment used is protesting therapy with levonorgestrel intrauterine device, before all these imaging, hysteroscopy is helpful, take gynecologist follow up.

Continue treatment from gynecologist. Eat healthy food, salads, fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil, turmeric, antioxidants are good for you. Multivitamin for a week like Natalins Rx, yoga and meditation are good for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
