Is Experiencing Dizziness And Nausea A Sign Of Pregnancy ?

Hi, my girlfriend is 18 and she is experiencing dizziness, feeling like her room is spinning, and vomited. I am almost completely sure she can t be pregnant because I ve only penetrated her twice for a few seconds and both times were with condom and that was it, it s also been several months since the last penetration happened and she s taken a test before that and it came out negative. I need help because she said she only feels dizzy and nausea and would like to find out what it could be. Thank You for any help given.

Hello..as you explain, pregnancy is highly unlikely in this situation..however she should confirm using a urine pregnancy test..she should take iron,calcium and multivitamin tablets alongwith a neurologic consultation for dizziness and spinning sensation.
