Is Experiencing Pain While Urinating Concerning After Perforated Appendix Removal?

I had a perforated appendix with a contained pocket of infection removed at 3 AM on Sunday morning. It was done Lap with the infection being flushed out. I am still in quite a bit of pain, but try to get up to move around a little about every 2 hours. Tonight I am having a sharp pain( where the original pain in my lower right abdomen occurred) when I urinate. It is not constant, only very sharp when I start to go, and somewhat sharp until the urination stops. I continue to have dull, achy pains all over my abdomen, especially if I move. I had a fever the first night I was home of 102.8, but it broke after 12 hours. I have stayed right around 99.5-99.8 since. Should I be concerned or will this subside? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, post surgical healing is a kind of procedure and it may takes some time, pain is the prime symptoms of that, if it is not the infection, no post operative complications are there then it is not the pain due to any post operative complication.
Be patience and let the would healed completely and it is the kind the of procedure takes some time, if the pain is increasing in intensity become sever then you can see the surgeon, else just take it easy.
hope this information helps.
