Is Fatigue Normal With Lupus?

My husband is experiencing extreme fatigue that just started 3 weeks ago. Also, his blood pressure drops 30-40 points when he stands up. He does not have high blood pressure, diabetes, high Cholesterol, or high blood sugar. All cardiac tests have come back normal. Chest X-ray is normal. He does have lupus and celiac disease with non-diabetic peripheral neurothorpy and possible Sjorgen s Syndrome. (his mother had lupus and Sjorgen s Syndrome. He has been so weak and dizzy for the last three weeks that he just has to stay in bed all day. Any ideas?
