Is Feeling Weak, Shaky And Overheated Be Signs Of Low Sugar ?

The past couple day I have been feeling weak shaky and overheated where I feel drained and need fresh air its not all day long but it just comes I ve been eating right one night at work I had my lunch and drank a Pepsi alittle bit later I started to feel alittle better would it be low sugar

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

From the above history given by you, yes the most probable cause is low sugar levels. The other causes could be low BP, electrolyte imbalance. You need to have small frequent diets for some time in order to reduce the condition.
