Is Feeling Weak, Shaky And Overheated Be Signs Of Low Sugar ?

The past couple day I have been feeling weak shaky and overheated where I feel drained and need fresh air its not all day long but it just comes I ve been eating right one night at work I had my lunch and drank a Pepsi alittle bit later I started to feel alittle better would it be low sugar
