Hello,

Fibator (also known as Fenofibrate) is a medication used to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Warfarin is a blood thinner used to prevent blood clots. There are potential interactions between Fenofibrate and Warfarin. Fenofibrate can increase the effects of Warfarin, which can increase the risk of bleeding. Therefore, it is important to monitor your blood clotting time (INR) closely if you are taking both medications.

Your doctor may need to adjust the doses of either medication to prevent any potential adverse effects. It is important to inform your doctor about all medications, supplements, and herbal products you are taking to avoid any potential drug interactions.
- The interaction of Warfarin with different drugs you mentioned
- Pantocid (pantoprazole) is a medication used to treat acid-related digestive problems such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach and intestinal ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
- It belongs to a class of medications called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), which work by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Warfarin is an anti-coagulant that prevent blood clots from forming. It works by inhibiting the production of certain clotting factors in the blood. There is a potential for interaction between pantoprazole and warfarin. Pantoprazole can reduce the effectiveness of Warfarin by inhibiting its metabolism in the liver, leading to increased levels of warfarin in the bloodstream and an increased risk of bleeding. Therefore, it is important to monitor patients who are taking both medications for signs of bleeding and adjust the dosage of warfarin accordingly.

Nutrolin B and Warfarin

Nutrolin B is a dietary supplement that contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, including vitamin K, which can interfere with the effectiveness of Warfarin, an anticoagulant medication.

Warfarin works by inhibiting the production of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors in the liver, which prevents the formation of blood clots. However, consuming too much vitamin K can counteract the effects of warfarin, which can increase the risk of bleeding.

Therefore, it is generally recommended to avoid taking Nutrolin B or any other vitamin K-containing supplements while on warfarin therapy.

Duphalac and Warfarin Interaction
Duphalac with Warfarin

Duphalac is a brand name for lactulose, a medication used to treat constipation and hepatic encephalopathy. Warfarin is used to prevent blood clots. There are no known interactions between Duphalac (lactulose) and Warfarin, and they can generally be taken together safely.

However, it is important to note that both medications can affect the body's ability to clot blood. Therefore, it is recommended that patients taking Warfarin regularly monitor their INR (international normalized ratio) levels to ensure that they are within the desired range.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
