Is Fish Oil The Cause Of Diarrhea After Knee Arthroscopy?

Approx 6 weeks ago I had an arthroscopy on my knee, all is good with my knee, but when I came out of hospital about a week later i started having diarrhea. I also started taking fish oil, glycosomyne tablets and was wondering if this is causing the problem or is it something else? Thank you
