Is Fluctuating Absolute Monocyte Count A Matter Of Concern?

My absolute monocyte was 1.0, it has seemed to go up and down over the past few years, where it is normally about 0.7 it has been 1.0 once before and several years ago it was 1.2, the recent 1.0 was 3 or 4 months ago im testing it again tomorrow since the normal range goes to 0.9 is 1.0 a cause for serious concern
