Is Fourth Stage Terminal Breast Cancer Spreading To Liver, Lung, Bone, Lymph Nodes And Brain Curable?

Hello, My friend s wife was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer, stage 4 in december 2013, her cancer has spread to her liver, lung, bone, lymph nodes and her brain, she was undergoing treatment and has had a series of chemo in the last three months but her doctors say she hasn t responded well to any treatment, last sunday she had a seizure and fell unconscious and has been hospitalised now for over 10 days, she developed blood clots and the doctors treated her to release pressure in her brain, since yesterday she has been going unconscious and has been spitting blood constantly, they have two young kids and we are looking after them, need an honest answer on whether this is going towards her end please as we then need to get ready to deal with the situation and manage the kids, request you to please let me know what to expect, I do understand a straight answer is difficult without seeing the patient.
