Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. Many a times, children develop hyperactive gastrocolic reflex after an episode of gastroenteritis. Due to this they may poop immediately after any oral intake. This is not associated with any other symptoms and the child looks otherwise well. It doesn't require any further treatment of antibiotics.
So my opinion is to wait and watch. Hopefully, it will stop in the next few days.
