Is Frequent Urination Normal In Case Of Interstitial Cystitis?

1st of all i have intersticial cystitis wich was under control untill 2 weeks ago. anyway on a seperate matter 1 week ago i had my yearly pap and had bv so i took 500mg antibiotic and now i done. now to the matter at hand about 5 days ago my pees began hurting more than usual accompanyed by frequent urination witch in my 8 years of IC hasnt been a symptem.i thought it was just a ic flare but for the past 3 days iv actually peed my bed while sleeping or began to pee and a woke and ran to finish in the bathrm.this has never happend to me in my 25 years.also for the last 3 days ive been peeing lots of blood (also never had happen)and worst of all huge blood clots also when i pee its extreamly painful and at first i thought the clots were coming from my vagina but today like a light bulb put all the peices togrther it cant be anything ifectous like uti cuz i just got done wiyh a round of antibiotics right? so what could this be honestly i plan on goin to emergancy when i get a ride later but for now im just realy wondering?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*First possibility is of heavy Urinary tract infection ( you may have UTI even if
you have antibiotic because there may be infection through such organism
which are resistant to that particular antibiotic ), secondly Vaginal bleed
less likely.
*Utmost thing you have to do is to relax , calm because anxiety will worsen
your symptoms.
- drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, rice water,
green tea, coffee, home made juices, butter milk .
- for temporary relief from pain can take Tab. Acetaminophen single dose
- keep genitals clean, dry .
- consult your ER , get reports of Laboratory , Ultrasound abdomen Pelvis
done & treatment accordingly.
