Every time I have sex the next couple of days I literally have to pee every five to ten minutes. I don t have any pain, no blood, there s a slight tingling it s because it s were I m trying to hold it. Most of the time when I go it s clear other then that there is a light yellowish tint.

This could be due to mild infection of urethra secondary to the fact that your partner may have vaginal infection.
Please get her examined by a qualified Gynaecologist to rule out the same. If positive she needs to take necessary medication which will be advised by Gynaecologist.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
