Hello,

GAMMAGARD LIQUID is an immune globulin infusion indicated as a maintenance therapy to improve muscle strength and disability in adult patients with Multifocal Motor Neuropathy.

Initially it should be given at a rate of 0.5 mL/kg/hr (0.8 mg/kg/min) for 30 minutes and subsequently increased every 30 minutes, if tolerated, up to 5 mL/kg/hr 8 mg/kg/min.

This is the standard procedure and if you are having difficulty or you are experiencing other effects, you are advised to talk to your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
