Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am a 23 year old female. I have been having movement in my stomach for about two months now. I got a little worried at first and took a pregnancy test. It was neg. Thought it must be gas. Now two months has passed and still having the movements. I noticed my stomach is bigger. Took another test, still says neg. I am on birth control and still having periods. Could it really be gas or the digestive track that lasts that long? The movement is really all over the place, and I feel pressure.
This is the nonspecific symptoms you must be having if this is not associated with any other symptoms like abdomen pain, nausea, sick feel, fatigue, then it is nothing to worry, but it seems to be some functional kind of symptoms.
It could have been dyspepsia but this may not long last up to two months, try to change the diet, acid peptic disease could be the cause, and it can be given try with tablet Omeprazole with tablet Domperidone once in day.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
