Is Giving Amoxicillin Oral Medicine With A Gap Of Only 4 Hours Of 15 Mls To An Infant Concerning?

please i gave my son 8 months old his medicine at 6am and this was a 12 hourly ammoxicilin oral medicine and forgot to remind my nannt not to give at 10am was suppose to give a t 10 pm last nite but forgot...so i gave this morning= by the time i called at 10.05am my nanny gave another dosage- thats a 4 hr gap of 15 mls...please please help me- i told her to give him, water n milk asap- anything else?

Amoxycillin has wide wide margin of safety.
Give next dose on time.
Watch for any loose stools.
