Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HCM

The dose of Dolopar in kids is 10-15mg /kg every 6-8 hrs depending upon fever frequency.

In case, the child doesn't respond well, then mefenamic acid is an alternative drug which is good at relieving fever.

Also, is the kid develops any other symptoms apart from fever, do consult a pediatrician for proper clinical examination.

In case of any further questions, do call back.
