Is Gooey Discharge In Stool Normal?

My 2 year old grandson is complaing of (ants) in his butt his stool has large amounts ok gooey discharge this has been going on for a couple of months i have talked to his doctor several times but he does not seem concerned to see my grandson cry about the (Ants ) often in a day is awful, What should i do?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the ants but of course it may be worm and pin worm could be the cause so to get this confirm I would suggest to get done the stool lab examination beside this clinical examination is also necessary without this picture can not be cleared hope this information helps.
