Is Hair Fall A Side Effect Of Levothyroxine?

my mom is taking metoprol 25mg daily, levothyroxine 50mg daily, atorvastatin 20mg daily, furosemide 40mg daily, and potassium chloride ert 10mg daily, she tells me that her hair is falling out by the handfuls. Which of these meds is causing this side effect?
