Is Having An Asymmetrical Chest Normal?

This is in regards to my 3yr old son. I noticed recently that his left breast bone is bigger than the right. It sticks out a bit. First noticed by touch (as he would stand in front of me say at like church I would just rub his chest out of habit) that was the first I noticed, but now I see it through his skin. Common/concerning?
