Is Having Pain Under Rib Cage Normal After LAVH,and Can I Take Metamucil To Help With My Bowels?

7days post op LAVH. Have been feeling great, aside from a uti which I am now taking macrobid for. After being active yesterday I ve developed a pain in my right side right under rib cage. Goes away if I lay down. Normal? Also, can I take Metamucil to help with my bowels?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that your symptom of rib cage pain and history of LAVH and medicine that you are taking is nothing to do each others, the rib pain might be due to the poor posture and you need to maintain the good posture to come get rid of this, have a nice day.
