Is Having Sex Daily Harmful?

Hi, I am a 20 year old girl. I had some questions about sexual activities. How much sex is normal and healthy for the body? Is having sex everyday harmful for the body?( i mean can it make the body weak?) what about masturbation? I heard masturbation can weaken the body and be harmful? If it can , why? What is the difference between masturbation and sex?

do not worry
it will not harm your body.
one can do sex or masturbation everyday.
sex and mesturbation is not much different in first one their is self stimulation of genitals and in second one by partner.
