hiii while i am taking primolut -n i had a physical relationship with my hus and after that i would not have a withdrawal . pls tell me is tht safe

Primolut N tablets contain norethisterone, which is similar to the naturally occurring sex hormone, progesterone. This medication is used to prolong the periods in women.
This medication is not a contraceptive and does not inhibit ovulation, so pregnancy can occur while a woman is taking this pill. So please use condoms or copper T while on this drug.
If you want to avoid pregnancy, and postpone the monthly bleeding use of progestogen-estrogen combinations is used, because this medication inhibit ovulation and pregnancy.
Please consult your gynecologist for proper guidance and treatment.
