Is Herbalife Safe For Weight Reduction ?

i am 35 years female. i am taking herbalife for weight reduction for past 6month and reduced 9kgs. but it not reduced abdoman. belly fat is still not reduced. now i am taking activated fibre and cellu loss. is it safe or it will cause any side effect in future.

To reduce fat from abdomen go for abdominal recti exercise,10 mnt in the morning and evening daily and regularly.
Avoid fried,fatty and junk food.
There is no harm if you take activated fibre and cellulose.

It is safe to take activated fiber, Cellulose and herbalife together. There are no major side effects, but you need to drink plenty of fluids as you will tend to loose more water through your stools. Cellulose and activated fiber do cause some loose stools. So please be careful in this regard.

To reduce your tummy fat and your weight, the best way is to do regular exercise.
You can start by walking at normal pace and gradually increase the speed and duration every week. This way you will not only decrease your weight and tummy fat you will keep your health in a good state.

Exercise is the best and natural way of loosing weight and being healthy.
