Iugr is common in twin pregnancy as both fetus are competing for nutrition from mother. as you have undergone only one scan which shows a 3 week lag and early iugr plan will be to wait for 3 weeks since last scan and recheck for growth. if the babies are growing and gaining weight though less than a single pregnancy it is still ok. Usually a amniotic fluid index is also done along with fetal vessel Doppler due ultrasound. If the tests are normal then pregnancy is continued with closer monitoring.
