Is Indigestion Due To Delayed Intake Of Thyroxine?

I ve had a thyroidectomy and now take 225 mg thyroxine. I normally take it in the morning but forgot today and took it after 12. I m having indigestion pains which I believe is a consequence of this lapse, do you think that this discomfort will this pass quickly and is there anything I can take to speed this up.
