General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate) is a cns stimulant and Tylenol (paracetamol) is an analgesic.

Vyvanse is contraindicated when used with MAO inhibitors.
But with paracetamol it may cause headache , dizziness or insomnia .
Since he has been given a low dose of 500mg it wont be very severe reaction.

You can consult a physician if the headache is continous. try and speak to him that he should visit a physician.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
