Is Intake Premolut-N For A Delayed Period A Wise Decision?
Hello, sir this month my periods has delay 15 days ,from today i am starting to take premolut-N i just want to ask you that is it right solution for this problem or not. Mostly my periods are irregular can you plz suggest me a permanent solution for this. Thanks
As per your history is concerned your irregular period has many causes so ruled out thyroid disorder by doing a TSH test and second probability will be endometriosis. Painful period is a clinical sign of endometriosis so do an ultrasound and clinical examination by your local Gyn doctor and if found do lap conservative procedure then take medications for recurrence.so always go to root cause of the disease and not to take any medication without any physical examination by a doctor. You can do few things at home which may help to balance your hormone-:
1)Consume one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric with milk, honey and take it daily for several weeks or until you see improvement.
2)consume one teaspoon of dried mint powder mixed with one teaspoon of honey and repeat three times a day for few weeks may help.
3)Take a multivitamin capsule at bedtime every day.
Hope this helps
