Is It OK Not To Shower After Coming Back From Track Practice Or School ?

My daughter, after she gets home from school and/or track practice does not take a shower. I am concern about her body; health wise that is. Please explain.

Hi Stew,

Welcome to HCM.
There is no harm if she doesn't take a shower after school or track practice. This will of course give rise to sweat odor.
If she takes daily shower, it is alright.
Kids are usually tired after coming from school and after track practice, and would naturally hate to take a shower.
