I am 18 yrs old now.. i used to masturbate from the age of 12. is it ok if i masturbate daily and sometimes even twice a day? i also feel a less amount of sperm is only ejaculated from my penis?

Frequency of masturbation depends on age. If your body allows, that means, if your are not feeling weak and tired, daily once is ok.
