Is It OK To Have Mx3 Capsules And Mx3 Coffee In High BP ?
My bp is high but i don t wanna take synthetic meds for this... i m taking mx3 capsules and mx3 coffee once a day for 3 days now and still observing the effects....Did I make the right decision ?

thanks for choosing health care magic.see the goal is to keep your bp normal that is 140/90 in any case.If you are able to do it without any medication it is fine.but if you cannot then you have to take medicines as advised by your doctor.Let your doctor be judge and in consultation with you he will suggest the best.In some case by having healthy life style you can reduce or avoid drugs but regular checking is must.
