my daughter just saw a dr for bed bug bites after a stay at a hotel and was given a steroid shot in her hip wanted to know if this was necessary She unfortunately is on an antibiotic for an infected gland minocycline in her armpit and now have prescribed clindamyci is that ok to take 2

In presence of bacterial infection steroid is not the first line treatment for bed bug bite.
According to me local steroid application is more advisable.
Now don,t worry but continue your antibiotic treatment.
