Is It A Matter Of Concern If A 9week Old Baby Is Passing Cream Coloured Stools After Immunization?

Hi I have a 9 week old baby who was just immunized last Friday. Tonight she had a poop that was a creamy white color. The texture is as it usually is not the color is a cream color and normally its greenish. We have given her tempra as directed by the doctor after her immunization. The last time she had tempra was Friday night. Should we be concerned

Immunisation and change of colour of the stool are not related.
Change of doet and oral medication may impart some changes to the color of stool.
Nothing to be concerned about it.
